Your opportunity

Our Montreal office is looking for a Bilingual Senior Administrative Assistant to join the Forensic Disputes & Investigations team and own the following responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support for two (2) Partners and a team of approximately 16 professionals. They work in the field of forensic, valuation and mergers and acquisitions.
  • The candidate will support the Executive Assistant

  • General administrative duties include but are not limited to : photocopying, scanning, typing various communication & documentation correspondence, mass mailing
  • Coordinate details related to internal meetings, including set-up and catering
  • Lead client invoices, databases and meeting coordination
  • Maintain Partner's billing records
  • Lead workflow software / systems including tracking and reporting
  • Preparation of expense reports
  • Ad-hoc reporting as required
  • Preparation and format correspondence, reports or other documents based on drafts, including correction of grammar, spelling and punctuation
  • Provide administrative support to multiple Partners and staff within the office including calendar management and research
  • Client interaction to support information requests and follow-ups
  • Detailed travel arrangements for Management and other staff as required including booking flights, hotel accommodation and car rental
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Y our experience and education

  • You have an Office Administration diploma or other relevant education
  • Prior working experience at a professional services firm is considered a strong asset
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
  • You have thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • You have the ability to prioritize workload and the flexibility to manage multiple tasks
  • You are able to work quickly and take on more responsibilities over time
  • You have the ability to work in a deadline-driven work setting and deal with confidential information
  • You have strong problem soling, analytical and communication skills both written and oral
  • You value teamwork, client service and quality in detailed work
