Responsibilities :

1) Provide as the primary business contact for the prospects and is responsible for closing new business opportunities

2) Anticipate meeting targets and serving accurate forecasts

3) Work closely with corporate, marketing and sales management to optimize the effectiveness of the firm’s technology investments

4) Identify opportunities for sales process improvement and facilitate an organization of continuous process improvement

5) Monitor and strive to maintain a high level of customer service in order to maintain a high level of customer retention

6) Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization

7) Co-ordinate training delivery to sales, sales management and sales support personnel in the sales organization

8) Build and foster cross functional relationships to enhance the overall employee and customer experience

9) Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products

10) Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition and supply and demand

Requirements :

1) Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Operations Management or equivalent preferred

2) Minimum of 5 years leading sales teams across a wide range of customer segments & sizes

3) Minimum of 7+ years sales related experience within the commercial markets

4) Working knowledge of value added ROI business process sales engagements

5) Solid knowledge of sales management processes including Key Account Planning, Target Account Selling, Bid Response and Management etc.

6) Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from executives, managers, clients, customers and the general public

7) Excellent communication, analytical and negotiation skills

8) Willingness to travel
