Hyperwallet is looking for an Office Coordinator to join the Facilities team at our Broadway Tech Centre location. Are you looking for your first facilities job?

Your Facilities Responsibilities :

Reception duties such as greeting visitors, answering the door / phone

Coordinating company meetings including snacks and lunches

Managing office supplies and office service vendors

Handling daily mail / couriers

Ensuring a smooth-running kitchen including the dishwasher

Food program execution, ordering groceries, supplies, weekly events

Lead heath and safety meetings

Supporting other Facility team

Other Facilities duties as assigned
