What You’ll Do :

Work closely with Loblaw Technology and Business partners to review and conduct impact assessments on new requests for technology improvements and determine impacts to HR applications, business processes, and downstream systemsSupport the Project Managers to conduct project delivery activities throughout all phases of the projects in accordance with the Loblaw IT Standards and PMP practicesConsult with business and technical teams about application designs and maintenance and collaborate with other IT architects and technical leads on design decisionsDocument functional and technical designs according to Workday and Loblaw standards including application interfaces, business process flow charts and data mappingReceive and combine data from multiple sources to create reports and dashboards for analytics purposesCreate implementation and lead system implementation plans
