Description : The incumbent will :

  • Support the Health, Safety and environment (SSE) : management of personal protective equipment, distribution of requests, orientation of internal customers and correspondence processing, monitoring of training and skills, request for qualification, etc.).
  • Contribute to the preparation training in SSE, in conjunction with the Training Department.
  • Follow up and update the registers and performance indicators (event reports, statistics, etc.).
  • Coordinate the writing and dissemination of information health and safety initiatives, in conjunction with the Marketing and Communications department.
  • Participate in one-off projects with different stakeholders.

  • Requirements :

    Degree in Office Administration or Business Administration, or equivalent

  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience
  • Excellent command of all Microsoft Office tools, mainly Word , Excel and Visio
  • Excellent knowledge of French and English, both oral and written
  • Trump : Experienced in the field of consulting engineering or any other field of professional service
