Support the delivery of the agreed upon service to the client(s). Provide operational / transactional support including, record keeping, transition processing, and managing other transactional-

based services. For transaction-based positions, work requests are typically not received directly from the client but rather through a predefined system or on a predefined schedule.

Interaction with the client may be limited to receiving data, e-mails or collecting predefined data. Responsible for upholding the Service Level Agreements (SLAs), tracking volumes, auditing transactions, and achieving a high level of client satisfaction.

Works closely with Client Relationship Managers or Operational Managers to resolve issues and identify opportunities for increasing the value of the service to the client(s).

In this role you will perform recurring plan administration services and work assignments for clients’ defined benefit plans under the supervision of senior analysts and will assist with project work and other ad hoc client support services as requested.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate filing, imaging, and archiving of completed work papers, ensuring proper handling of all client information
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, coordinate mass mailings and basic word merges
  • Assist with case management for participant call support
  • Support the development of client documents including presentations and contracts and other written documentation / communication
  • Work on various pension administration projects (e.g., mass mailings, lost participant searches, etc.)
  • Perform other basic pension administration tasks as needed
  • Learn and use Professional Excellence tools and concepts to ensure efficient and quality output / service delivery
  • Build relationships internally and work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks and ensure consistent delivery of services
  • Actively participate in team meetings and training activities

    The Requirements :

  • Strong organizational skills, with proven experience prioritizing work and balancing several tasks at one time
  • Ability to take full ownership of assigned work and produce high quality results while maintaining a strong focus on detail and accuracy
  • Basic Microsoft Office applications skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Positive attitude and people skills, strong team contributor and a desire for continued learning and development
  • Strong interpersonal and project / time management skills
  • Ability to communicate openly and effectively both verbally and in writing
  • College degree preferred
