  • JOB DESCRIPTION  

    To us, employees are treated the same as our guests. This career is best suited for the night-owl who enjoys their daytime adventures and doesn’t mind working through the night. The Guest Services Night Audit Host works during the evening ensuring the security of the hotel and guests, settling the days' transactions, and assisting with laundry. As the central person of the hotel evening experience, you are the heart of all customer interactions. You help guide your guests with your knowledge of hotel and community services and amenities. You are not just a hotel host you are a host of our community of Revelstoke. You are a kind, patient, and welcoming person with your guests. We value your professionalism, mindful personality, is first in return we will help guide you to be proficient in your job with ongoing training and opportunities.

    GUEST SERVICES HOST DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Greet all guests arriving or departing 

  • Go the extra mile and help guests as necessary 

  • Accurate complete reservations and check in check out with our point-of-sale system

  • Help guests explore Revelstoke with your breadth of knowledge of local activities, restaurants, and local history.

  • Help solve guests’ problems and issues with win-win solutions

  • Answer phones, emails and direct guests with accurate information

  • Maintain the Ramada brand standards

  • Keep a clean and safe environment

  • Ensure the security of the hotel and guests is maintained 

  • Deliver items to guest rooms

  • Help with laundry

  • Help other departments as necessary

  • Lift up to 30lbs

  • Help curate our Community Experience program with your supervisor

  • Seek out learning opportunities and professional development

  • Represent the Ramada brand with positivity while interacting with the public

  • Wear issued uniforms or wear business attire while on shift as directed by company policy.

  • Have fun at work and help your cohort to be their best 

  • Other duties as requested by the management.
