A Prophix Product Adoption Consultant is a dynamic individual looking to transition into a fast paced, customer-oriented role.
The position will report to a Manager, Product Adoption within the Customer Success Team and will work extensively with various internal and external clients.

The successful candidate will have strong inter-personal skills, be mature and confident when dealing with high level customer executives.
We are looking for an individual who will proactively seek solutions for our clients’ various inquiries. As there is a large interface with our clients, the position requires an individual who is comfortable and confident when working on-site or remotely with our customers.
The ideal candidate has a strong balance between technical background and business experience.
Primary Responsibilities :
Support customers enrolled in the Continuous Success Package. Including but not limited to : Ensure successful adoptionProvide guidance on user enablementModel design guidanceIdentifying opportunities for footprint expansion
Lead issue resolution with various clients, including Client managementSolution designPerformance testingSolution testingClient training
Support clients via initiatives aimed at improving the customer experience and customers’ product experience
Take a lead role on internal projects
Work with Customer Success Managers to ensure customer goals / needs are being met

4 years relevant work experience

Have superior communication and presentation skills
Manage multiple clients or projects concurrently
Software implementation experience is a definite asset
Experience in Corporate Performance Management space is an asset
Accounting experience is a definite asset
Your Technology Skills
Proficiency with MS Office Suite
Proven working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Window Server
Experience with VMware, Hyper-V and remote assistance technology considered an asset
Your most important asset is your problem-solving ability to diagnose and logically resolve customer problems using experience, good judgement and acquired knowledge of Prophix Software
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Confidence and ability to interface professionally across of levels of the organization
Confident working in a fast-paced, customer focused environment with many competing priorities
Post-secondary education in Computing, Business or Finance / Accounting
Academic or practical knowledge of Accounting and / or Financial concepts (i.e. planning, budgeting, forecasting, or consolidation) is preferred
