As a Service Representative I (customer service focus) with Steve Nash Fitness World & Sports Club (SNFW) you are an ambassador of BC’s #1 provider of health, fitness and wellbeing.
You demonstrate the value of SNFW and our mission of making fitness the best part of our members day. Reporting to the General Manager, your primary responsibility is to provide friendly, professional and thoughtful customer service to members and guests.
Provide friendly, professional and thoughtful customer service to members and guests.
Ensure you open the club on time if scheduled to open the club.
Check-in members to the club, assist with group fitness and GT12 check-in as required.
Communicate contests and promotions to generate leads and referrals.
Assist walk-in traffic with membership agreement inquiries and sales.
Address account inquiries, collect overdue account balances and update payment methods.
Address concerns and questions; escalate to the appropriate club manager as required.
Club opening and closing procedures, and general cleanliness of the club (team cleans).
Assist the General or Operations Manager with administrative and operational service requests.
Conduct activities as per company policies, procedures and practices.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Education & Qualifications :
Completion of high school
Customer Service orientation
Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational skills
May be required to work opening or closing shifts, and / or weekends
