Job Description

Identification, recruitment, coaching and mentoring of potential sales candidate’s and business partner decision makers within the assigned region.

Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.

Meeting planned sales goals.

Setting individual sales targets with the sales team and tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

The ongoing training and development of your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.

Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.

Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Developing sales leads within the assigned territory through self-initiated strategies, cold calling and referrals

Developing and identifying new business opportunities within your region

Daily activities focused to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for New Business

Sales team with up-to-date application knowledge of equipment and systems by attending company and branch seminars and by reading related publications

Territory management Maintaining an active lead generation plan

Following up sales upon completion of the installation to ensure the system is working properly, explaining its operation to the customer, and maintaining a rapport that will result in continual referrals
