OfficeTeam is seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to lead operations at a thriving company in North York, Ontario.

  • Provide guidance and advises to the Managers to achieve Company goals, compliances and financial performances.
  • Ability to maintain healthy relationships with employees and managers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure delivery of the highest quality of service.
  • Carry positive and proactive approach in maintaining relationships with employees, managers and stakeholders.
  • Examine and evaluate the operational strategies across all departments of the Organization to maximize the efficiencies.
  • Research, analyze and test the business effectiveness to ensure company goals and vision are fulfilled.
  • Drive initiatives in the management team that help boost long-term organizational improvement and excellence.
  • Create scope of work, cost estimate & budget, work plan schedule, quality control, and risk identification.RequirementsJob Requirements :
  • Previous experience working in hotel management or healthcare industry.
  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration / Management.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to plan and execute the goals in a timely manner.
  • Well versed with controlling expenses, budgeting and profit & loss statements.
  • Excellent communication skills.
