Loyalty Marketing Analytics Manager

We are currently seeking a Loyalty Marketing Analytics Manager who will be responsible for managing loyalty marketing analytics and providing insights to the organization on an ongoing basis, as well as ad hoc analysis as needed by the business.

These insights and analytics will provide the organization with an understanding of membership behaviour and promotional opportunities.

It will support the Management team in their efforts towards Calgary Co-op's strategic goal of business sustainability, by contributing to the delivery of our 5 long-

term Strategic Imperatives. Some of your primary responsibilities will be, but not limited to :

  • Weekly analysis of email campaigns as well as ongoing trends.
  • Monthly reporting on the key metrics of the loyalty program.
  • Analysis of data with respect to marketing activities as well as overall business decisions.
  • Analysis of the segments engagement with the program and responsiveness to campaigns.
  • Working with our partner in the development of a churn and migration analysis.
  • Identification of opportunities for targeting through data analysis.
  • Working with our partner on modeling of a members' lifecycle and identifying trigger opportunities.
  • Analytics that drill into Calgary Co-op's membership database to provide customer insights for both Operations and Marketing purposes.
  • Assist in defining success metrics for campaigns as well as KPI's for Loyalty Marketing.
  • Create easily-understandable visual presentations of results
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, with 3-5 years' experience in an analytic role.
  • Ability to work with senior management across departments / line of business.
  • Highly interested in understanding consumer behavior.
  • Previous retail experience and loyalty marketing / CRM experience
  • Strong computer knowledge
