Reporting to the Manager, Events Marketing as Coordinator, Events Marketing, you will partner with your manager to build events and experiences that will help to establish Stradigi AI as an industry leader.
The Coordinator, Events Marketing will play a pivotal role in the conceptualization, development, and execution of the events strategy and overall experience, acting as a core pillar to the expression of the Stradigi AI brand.
Responsibilities : Assist in building the annual event calendar that establishes Stradigi AI as the leader in the AI sector, while staying up to date on industry events and competitive activities;
Partner with your manager and greater Marketing team to conceive thoughtful event concepts that reflect the Stradigi AI brand and its position as an innovator in the field;
Lead vendor and supplier relationships to secure event-related assets and services, as well as event collateral; Assist with event logistics on the ground with the Sales and HR teams, brand ambassadors, media, and influencers;
Assist with coordination and execution of B2B events (including trade shows, conferences, and industry events); Monitor and update budgets;
Assist with event post-mortem analytics and reporting. Requirements : 1-3 years experience in Marketing and / or events;
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management or related field; Detail-oriented; Autonomous, self-starting individual comfortable in a dynamic, hyper-
growth environment; Highly collaborative and team-oriented. What we offer :
