Responsibilities :

1) Develop ongoing revenue stream from existing installed base customers

2) Complete contract negotiations for new opportunities in major accounts

3) Identify, develop and close new business opportunities

4) Develop new business opportunities through specific marketing campaigns using extensive market knowledge

5) Identify ways to shorten the sales cycle for implementation and budgetary decisions

6) Create a strong pipeline of new business opportunities

7) Build strategies for penetration and account development

8) Drive up customer base and associated revenue through coordinated sales activity

9) Maintain sales plan and update sales forecasts and pipeline

10) Manage client relationships to cultivate strong customer references and potential co-development partnerships

Requirements :

1) Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

2) Minimum 5+ years of work experience in software sales

3) Extensive application outsourcing, application development sales experience

4) Ability to work with clients to craft innovative solutions to address client problems and issues

5) Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
