As the Senior Manager, Measurement & Oversight, you will be accountable for providing monthly financial oversight and measurement of success metrics across all HR projects under the management of the HR PMO.


  • Manages all monthly financial reporting for all projects in the HR PMO. This includes profit planning, forecasting, all interfaces with Enterprise Productivity and Global Finance
  • Establishes clear financial management guidelines and recommendations on how to organize, structure and track financials in transit and OPs
  • Prepares monthly project financial reporting package for the GHR Steerco, complete with key messages, P&L impact and total project view
  • Tracks projects against annual budget spend; prepares and provides mechanism for prioritization of projects in alignment with HR Strategy
  • Responsible for Business case development for new projects, funding requests for all HR projects
  • Develop measurement protocols and reporting to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs launched, and provide timely monthly reports of performance
  • Tracks and provides guidance on completion of measurement components of post implementation review
  • Provides oversight on all audit, governance related items pertaining to the HR PMO
  • Supports the Director, Program & Change Management on the total HRMC & RE budgets, communicating financial complexity in simple terms with key messages on areas of focus;
  • ensure budgets align to the strategy and vision of HRMC & RE.


  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or Business
  • Expert skills in Excel and other business platforms
  • 5+ years Banking, Finance, or management experience
  • Knowledge of the Bank, how it is structured and financial systems used is strongly desired
  • Proven experience managing complex reporting exercises
  • Strong powerpoint skills, organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent ability to simplify presentation of numbers to non-finance audiences
