About the role
Documentation underpins the usability and value of all great products. Complete, accessible, accurate and clear product documentation is instrumental to the success of Behavox products and therefore the business itself.
As the Head of DocOps, you will be tasked with building an industry-leading documentation organization out of our R&D headquarters in Montreal and enabling it to consistently produce high-quality documentation across a growing portfolio of external and internal Behavox products.
Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you will be responsible for establishing Quality Assurance processes and infrastructure to measure and continuously improve the quality of Behavox product documentation.
developing and enforcing style guidelines; as well as implementing automated quality assurance of documentation.
Importantly, you will be tasked with building and validating with customers the roadmap for Behavox Help Centre, the key product-level interface between end-users and Behavox documentation.
