Cardinal Health Canada is growing and is currently seeking a Customer Care Representative, for an immediate need to join our dynamic team at our head office in Vaughan.
This position is responsible for the vital interfacing between customers, sales, marketing and logistics teams. The Customer Order Management Representative processes customer orders and responds to customer inquiries in resolving problems such as substitute products, backorders and order tracking.
The position is key to building and maintaining customer relationships.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 11 : 30am - 7 : 30pm.
