The Sudbury office is looking for an Engineer with experience in Land and Urban Development to join their growing team.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Working directly with Civil Engineers and other project team members as part of an integrated project team.
Responsibility for all facets of land development engineering including preliminary engineering and feasibility studies, detailed design, construction related services, contract administration and business development all related to site plan and subdivision development projects.
A degree in civil engineering with an active P.Eng designation with the ability to practice in the province of Ontario.
5-7 years' progressive experience in urban development engineering. Consulting industry experience and specific experience working in Sudbury is preferred.
Proven advanced level Excel skills and a proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Strong ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and all levels of staff in a collaborative team environment.
Proven capabilities in writing reports and other technical documents.
Experience with proposal writing and client development is an asset.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and or Civil 3D is an asset.
Demonstrated superior English communication skills both oral and written.
