We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud consultant. The consultant will be responsible for helping our clients implement Marketing Cloud, understand their omni-channel needs, assist on data migration from other email tools, provide strategic recommendations on segmentation, targeting strategy, campaign build, manage, and track success.
This consultant will have a good understanding on how to develop / configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud, along with leveraging key functionalities to deliver memorable experiences for our clients customers.
What You'll Do :
Responsible for Campaign Strategy Development including targeting and segmentation, leveraging Journey Builder and developing a contact & targeting strategy based on insights, using Einstein or another AI tool.
Campaign testing recommendations and strategy across segments based on channel-specific best practices and customer insights
Post campaign reporting including engagement and campaign reporting
Drive discovery discussions to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and present solutions with supportive documentation
Provide subject matter expertise and critical thinking for the greater project to align with the clients environment and industry best practices
What You Need to Succeed :
Self-motivated learner who is adept at creative problem solving
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification. Admin and Developer certifications would be a plus.
Minimum of 4 years of experience working with Marketing Cloud in building end-to-end campaign management and execution.
Good knowledge of SQL and Automation Studio.
Basic knowledge of API integrations (REST and SOAP).
Understanding and foundational knowledge on digital analytics (experience with Adobe Analytics and / or Google Analytics will be considered an asset).
Strong communication, written and presentation skills.
Experience in consulting and / or client-facing.
Experience using MC Connect to link Sales and Service clouds.
Knowledge of Email, Mobile, Advertising, Social and Interaction Studios.
Datorama certification would be a nice-to-have.
Knowledge of IP Warming best practices.
Familiar with CASL and CAN-SPAM legislation.
Some Cloud Pages development experience desirable.
Experience with Interaction Studio a plus
