Description :

  • Provides administrative and clerical support for the legal department .
  • Responsible for assisting with the editing of the business conduct manual, policy pages and legal templates. Arranges meetings providing any associated clerical support.
  • Must be very proficient in Word as the majority of the time will be spent performing word processing assignments, proofreading, and prepare legal documents and templates.
  • Prepares general correspondence, faxes, and photocopying. Creates and maintains files.
