Description du poste (Job Description)

As a Telephone Sales Specialist, your responsibility will be to handle inbound calls from new and established TD Canada Trust customers and offer Balance Protection Insurance and other TD Canada Trust products and services to meet the customer’s needs.

You will meet formalized objectives for revenue, productivity and quality. You will provide consistent, superior service to every customer by utilizing all available tools and resources.

You will identify and act upon all advice opportunities, and refer clients to other appropriate business units within TD Canada Trust.

You will receive extensive product and advice conversation training as well as regular coaching to ensure your success in the role.

Exigences du poste (Job Requirements)

You have a strong passion for offering advice and recommendations and exceptional customer service skills. You must be able to multi-

task , demonstrate strong problem solving skills, follow compliance guidelines and market conduct. You must exhibit excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately process transactions.

Strong verbal and listening skills are essential for this position as well as a proven sales record. Candidates must be enthusiastic team players and willing to work non-

fixed shifts Monday to Saturday primarily between the hours of 7 : 00 a.m. and 11pm, Sundays, between the hours of 7 : 00am-

4 : 00pm . and Statutory Holidays between 10 : 00 a.m. and 6 : 00 p.m.

Part time hours : Minimum 22.5 hours per week up to 37.5 based on business needs.
