We are adding two new sites and as a result are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent in the Okanagan.
You are charged with ensuring home building standards, techniques, policies, contracts and safe work practices are executed on every home or townhome under your direction.
You must be wired to only accept good work and good work practice as this is the standard you will be expected to maintain on your job sites.
The ideal candidate will have a civil / building / project manager technology diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of five years supervisory experience in the home construction industry.
We will also consider applicants who have earned their education in the field, with tools in hand and can demonstrate a history of increased responsibility with measurable results.
You must have adequate computer skills to communicate effectively with customers and trades and be able to support our group with some site estimating and project design detail.
Salary is market competitive and based on experience. Our strong compensation program includes a performance bonus, full pension, medical / dental benefits and a dedicated work vehicle.
