About Global Campaign Management (GCM)

Our mission : is to orchestrate the strategic planning, development, execution and measurement of integrated global marketing campaigns from inception through live service to grow profitable player relationships.

As part of the Global Campaign Management (GCM) team in Vancouver you will be integral to the orchestration, development, execution and measurement of the global marketing campaign for EA SPORTS FIFA.

By driving clear accountabilities and seamless collaboration, you will profoundly impact the ability to build trust with players, innovate with disruptive marketing, and achieve strong business results.

Campaign Architecture

  • Helps establish the narrative and roadmap for the EA SPORTS FIFA campaignCraft campaign narratives and develop key messagingSynthesize and tailor stories for varied player motivationsDevelop an effective campaign cadence based on product details, audience motivations and business goals
  • Campaign Management

  • Works with global cross-functional teams to execute on campaign roadmapEnsure the multi-channel executions across paid, earned, shared and owned channels are in support of the campaign strategiesPartners closely with first party to maximize campaign opportunities
  • Campaign Measurement

  • Synthesize campaign performance into digestible and action-oriented status updates
  • Use data to optimize campaign narrative and roadmap
  • Relationship Management

  • Establish key relationships with cross-functional teams across Central and International Marketing, Global Publishing and Licensors
  • Partner with Development and Global Brand Marketing teams to ensure campaign narrative and roadmap are aligned with game features and brand strategies
  • Partner with Global Communications Group counterparts to ensure flawless execution across earned, shared and owned channels
  • KEY COMPETENCIES

  • 2-3+ years of experience developing successful marketing or communications campaigns
  • Knows how to prioritize and work independently, while keeping a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to demonstrate comfort with ambiguity, adapt quickly to changing goals & objectives and be effective in new situations in a highly dynamic environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Motivated by a fast-paced, environment
  • Familiarity with football and EA games, particularly EA SPORTS FIFA
  • Experience in videogames or similar dynamic sports, consumer or entertainment environments
