    WORK YOU’LL DO Business Analyst (BA) professionals liaises with stakeholders to understand problems and opportunities, and recommend solutions to enable the organization to meet its goals through changes to business processes, policies, information and information systems.

    The BA provides services in support of a Line of Business (LOB), pillar and Enterprise needs as well as expertise in technology and industry trends.

    The BA is responsible for building exceptional relationships with business partners and T&O, as well as the negotiation, writing, and reviewing of documentation.

    The individuals should be excellent listeners, facilitators, communicators (oral and written), and able to distill the key topics / components / issues from discussions with the business.

    They should be recognized for their knowledge in one or more business or technical processes Key Knowledge Areas : The successful candidate must have anti money laundering, security, cyber security, wealth or capital market experience as a BA in the Financial Services Industry.

  • Process design and documentation with functional knowledge (1 to 3 years’ experience).
  • Analyzes the business requirements.
  • Detailed Requirements elicitation (facilitation, documentation, enumeration, requirements traceability).
  • Document and validate assigned deliverables (e.g. Use Cases, Business Rules and Business Rules, Glossary, Non-Functional Requirements).
  • Preparing documentation for management review.
  • Provides weekly updates on the status of his / her work assignments.
  • Process modeling and expertise in one or more business / technical processes.
  • Facilitate stakeholder review sessions of the solution requirements.
  • Identification and resolution of issues and risks through the required processes.
  • Identify and manage cross-team interdependencies.
  • Deliver the solution requirements on time and within budget.
  • Work with the business stakeholders to sign-off on the solution requirements.
  • Effectively and succinctly communicate to development teams to ensure business requirements are met.
  • Work with testing teams to build effective test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Process design and documentation with functional knowledge.
  • Proficient with Use Cases, Business Rules and User Interfaces, Glossary, Functional and Non-Functional Requirements.
