The Product Delivery team has a new team role created to deliver digital projects efficiently, effectively and on a high standard of excellence.

The expectation from the Product Delivery Manager is to combine the skills of a Project Manager and a Scrum Master to ensure projects are delivered efficiently through the Scrum team.

The day-to-day operations will include cross-functional coordination along with multi-tasking on more than one project at a time or multiple aspects of a same project.

The candidate will support internal customers in the use of products and services delivered by the scrum team. Support the scrum team in keeping with our vision of You Build It, You Run It .


  • Deliver projects and products using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently.
  • Analyze data as required to support the requirements for the project.
  • Support the Product Owner and the Scrum Team for Sprint Planning using internal JIRA and Confluence tools;
  • Manage and coordinate requests for the Customer Care teams.
  • Ensure all products are built to an appropriate level of quality for the applicable stage (alpha / beta / production);
  • Develop and lead workshops to boost learning and continuously strive for continuous improvement of the Scrum team.
  • Animate the main agile rituals of the team;
  • Budget Management.
  • Skills

  • Experience working with and managing digital development projects preferably in the media industry.
  • Ability to work directly with clients groups to track and communicate progress.
  • Experience working and coordinating with established 3rd party solution providers as part of development cycle including the sourcing of new vendors when required
  • Experience in Budget Management
  • Large understanding of Web & IT technologies.
  • Knowledge and Analysis Skills be able to source, collect and evaluate information to present in useable forms to the relevant audience.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and facilitation skills are vital for effective communication, clarification, and validation through the use of meetings (daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint review and retrospective).
  • Strong ability to shield the Scrum team and removing impediments.
  • Ability to facilitate communication channels (team, Product owner, stakeholder)
  • Tight grip on Agile Estimating and planning
  • Servant leadership
  • Qualifications Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
