The UPS Part-Time Driver performsthe task of delivering and picking up UPS packages in a leased vehicle (sprinter, SUV,mini-van).
The responsibilities consist ofthe following :
Delivering and picking up UPS packages efficiently and effectively
Learning and properly executing UPS safe driving methods
Operating vehicles with standard (manual) transmission
Possessing a valid drivers license
Complying with UPS appearance guidelines
EDUCATION / WORK EXPERIENCE
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to drive standard (manual) transmission
Available to work Tuesday through Saturday; flexible to work any 5 hour shift between the hours of 10 : 00 and 22 : 00 (work schedule may differ based on work volume; flexibility required)
Minimum 21 years of age
Possession of a valid G driver’s license
No at fault accidents within the last 3 years; no violations within the last 12 months
Strong customer service skills
Starting base Wage $14.50 per hour with an additional $1.50 Bonus (Total $16) and an automatic progression up to $26.30
