Your role :
Ability to actively manage the transition inter- generation in the company
Act actively with management, advising them to ensure the smooth running of business policy applications .
Develop new projects in relation to Human Resources
Support the establishment of an engaging organizational culture
Develop er and monitor trends in human capital performance indicators to identify trends, support decisions and plan actions
Establishment of staff recognition programs to facilitate retention
Ensure good planning in terms of workforce
Develop new strategies in terms of endowment (new technologies)
Active participation in the health and safety committee .....
