Our client in the Property Management industry is seeking and intermediate Administrative Assistant / AP Coordinator to work at one of their commercial offices. JDE is a MUST!

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assisting with day to day tenant inquires
  • Following up on month rent cheques
  • Processing account receivables and payables
  • Answering phones and email inquires
  • Assisting with day to day operation of the office
  • Following up on inquires from prospective tenants
  • Assisting with the AP and AR's
  • Qualifications and Experience

  • Past experience in commercial property management is required
  • An ability to problem solve and work independently
  • Experience processing accounts receivables and payables for a property management company
  • JD Edwards or Yardi is an asset
  • Experience working with AP and AR
