Currently searching for a construction receptionist in Richmond Hill, ON. This candidate will be the liaison of the company, supporting various divisions : Accounting, Project Managers, Construction Managers, Procurement department etc.
This is a fast paced environment and you will be executing a wide variety of complex and professional skills in a timely manner.
Greet visitors and handle inquiries
Answer phones promptly in a friendly manner and direct calls when necessary
Respond to emails using Microsoft Outlook
Organize documents and files, maintain spreadsheets, work orders etc.
Update database records using Quickbooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
Some accounting duties : Writing out cheques, invoices, process payments, maintaining payroll etc.
Data entry duties
Communicate with the team on customer inquiries
Create postings, update social media / website
Provide quotes, proposals and tenders to customers
Job scheduling with the project manager for the construction workers
Other duties provided by office manager
MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS A CONSTRUCTION RECEPTIONIST
Must have experience making quotes, proposals and tenders
Must have some experience with accounting
Excellent attention to detail
Confident using computer softwares such as Quickbooks, Microsoft office
Must have previous work experience on Quickbooks
Patience and ability to remain calm in stressful situations
Must be friendly, outgoing, organized, with excellent time management skills
Must be able to Multi-Task
$40,000-$42,000 salary to start
