Bilingual Business Development Representative
Get Inspired by the Work You’ll Do
Work with Resellers and SYNNEX’s Sales to create awareness, drive solution sales and add-on sales
Communicate with prospective Resellers the value the SYNNEX provides
Create business and opportunities from the ground up, work with assigned vendor reps & SYNNEX’s sales reps daily
Manage incoming calls from Resellers and SYNNEX Sales
Weekly team meeting to discuss issues, new products / programs, opportunities, updates
Initiating partnership (engagement) efforts between assigned vendor's Sales and SYNNEX’s Sales (field & inside sales)
Work with SYNNEX management and vendor's team (Marketing, Technical & Purchasing) on sales plans, goals and initiatives
Assist in implementation, coordinating and managing all vendor programs
Build Reseller relationships
Participate in targeted outbound calls
Call on assigned vendor's Field and Inside reps to form relationship
Provide notification to SYNNEX Sales and Resellers on new vendor’s products and / or changes (create documents and follow up calls)
Work closely with your Product Manager to ensure that vendor’s needs, and expectations are being exceeded
Your passion is sparked by :
Minimum high school diploma (Post- secondary education an asset)
Six (6) months inside sales experience or two years industry related experience
English / French bilingual, in both written and spoken communications
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail & responsiveness
Strong technical knowledge
Superior customer relation skills
PC Literate (MS Office)
Ability to multitask (juggle duties effectively)
Extended hours required occasionally
