We need a high energy, resourceful human resources practitioner with experience in the hospitality industry to join our amazing team! As our Human Resources Generalist , you will be responsible for a broad range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to) :
Perform full-cycle recruitment including job posting, applicant tracking, pre-screening, interviewing, employment offers, onboarding, etc.
Develop and coordinate employee training and development including new hire orientation, performance reviews, and ongoing skills development.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics including leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
Provide coaching and support to managers and supervisors.
Act as a key employee resource, proactively respond to employee questions and concerns.
Facilitate communication and resolve conflicts.
Conduct exit interviews and ensure feedback is communicated to appropriate levels of management, and ensure the exit process is executed.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, employment and human rights legislation
Work in close liaison with the HR Director, providing weekly reports and detailing ongoing issues.
Minimum 5 years experience as human resources generalist in hospitality
Current practical knowledge of employment and human rights legislation
Ability to prioritize and complete a wide variety of tasks efficiently within a high-pressure environment while meeting strict deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving capabilities; resourceful and proactive
Excellent judgment, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information
Class 5 drivers license and transportation
