We are currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time positon and will be based in Saint John, New Brunswick.Responsibilities : Comprehensive scheduling and administrative support for the Vice PresidentPrepare and / or proof correspondence, presentations and documentsArrange and coordinate travel for the companyCoordination of meetings and events Manage expenses and related reportingProvide assistance in the day to day administration of the officeManage official events, both inside and outside the companyProvide administrative support for recruitment, employee recognition and hr system Demonstrate professionalism and high level of confidentialityOther duties and functions as requiredQualifications : Post-secondary education considered an assetExcellent proficiency with MS Office Suite - experience with Google Apps considered an asset Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilitiesExceptional interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skillsEnergy, enthusiasm and the ability to work within a teamHCM experience an asset Demonstrated ability to work with confidential Information
