Principal tasks :

Provide exceptional customer service;

Interact with customers in person, on the phone or via email;

Loading and unloading products in a timely manner to meet delivery deadlines and customer commitments;

Physically receive goods, confirm quantities and enter in to the computer system;

Picking, packing and shipment of customer orders or warehouse transfers, courier deliveries, including preparing documentation for shipment;

Put away products in correct areas, stock shelves and organize overstock locations;

Participate in the daily cycle counts and annual physical inventory;

Verify accuracy of work completed;

Safe operation of material handling equipment in a potentially limited space;

Ensure good housekeeping including organizing of warehouse and showroom environment, i.e. keeping shelves and work areas clean;

Maintain a safe work environment by abiding by all company and legislative safety regulations;

Collaborate with team to achieve company results;

Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements :

Previous experience operating a forklift (counterbalance)

High School completed

Dangerous Goods certification an asset

Ability to lift or move heavy products (up to 50lbs.)

Team player with organizational skills

Ability to work under pressure

Initiative & resourcefulness

Strong work ethic and positive team attitude

Enthusiasm for customer service
