Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP (Blakes), one of Canada’s largest and most successful law firms, is currently looking for a Client Relations & Marketing Coordinator to join the Client Relations & Marketing department in the Vancouver office.
This position will report to the Director, Client Relations and Business Development and work closely with a small team of dynamic marketing professionals.
The Client Relations & Marketing Coordinator provides daily support to the Vancouver Client Relations and Marketing team on a wide range of activities, including covering all elements of event and seminar development and delivery with oversight from either the Director or Specialist.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Liaises with the Creative Services and Events teams as required to ensure production and execution requirements are met.
Deals with supplier relationships, including booking catering. Provides on-site logistical support for events. Distributes tickets for events and coordinates Club Seats at Rogers Arena.
This involves working with the Business Intelligence team, providing required data for a variety of client or industry-focused initiatives, and producing standard reports for assigned groups.
May, in certain instances, draft submissions for Lawyer / BD Leadership review. Coordinates interviews with directories.
Works with the Creative Services Team to develop and deliver updates or new collateral.
Deals with supplier relationships, including paying invoices.
Education / Experience :
Education Bachelors Degree or diploma in Business / Marketing or equivalent is preferred.
Experience Minimum of 2-4 years BD / Marketing experience or similar role.
Experience in professional services industry is an asset.
