Responsibilities :
Under the supervision of the gymnastic director, the person will twin the following two functions, aiming for the well-being and personal growth of customers.
Coach : Direct intervention with the gymnasts of regional and provincial circuits as needed. (About 25 hours per week). Be available to participate in competitions.
Logistics and technical support according to the needs expressed by the club (10 to 15 hours per week).
management of the competitive group and sport-studies in collaboration with the gymnastic director and the deputy sport-study director;
Plan and direct training by prioritizing the safety of athletes in respect of the application of the Gymnical Program;
Develops a program for succession gymnasts;
ensure the progression of athletes and the achievement of objectives while respecting the athlete;
Application of the strategic plan for succession and ensure recruitment;
Participate in certain administrative tasks and special projects;
other tasks
provides support to the general management for the various administrative tasks;
participates annually in the writing of the guidelines of the basic services;
IPE in team meetings and works;
collaborates in achieving the club's objectives;
performs all other related tasks.
requirements :
have at least PCE 3 (or in progress) or have a level of certification and / or equivalent experience;
Have a minimum of three years of experience as an entity. High level (coaching of OJ8 and more)
Hold a diploma in the field of sport and leisure - kinesiology, teaching, physical education, DEA, etc. (an asset);

Conditions :
full -time position
Part -time employment, Monday to Friday from 1 : 30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m., Possibility of having a full -time job.
Salary : Between 22 and $ 25 depending on the club scales.
