As the Project Coordinator, you are excited to work with multi-disciplinary teams, assisting the overall team to deliver world-class digital experiences that improve customers lives and meet client objectives.
You are smart and eager to learn the basics of project delivery and how to manage day-to-day client relationships. Supported by encouraging Project Delivery mentors, youll get comfortable owning small to medium projects, creating timelines and budgets, managing resources, and identifying risks.

You will :
Manage Client Relations by
Understanding your clients short and long-term goals, as well as their competition.
Assisting in the development of solutions and driving consensus for problems in a diplomatic, professional, and timely manner.
Facilitating and being an active participant in your client and internal meetings.
Ensure Project Excellence by
Assisting in sharing client insights and objectives to align the team to goals of the project.
Supporting the creation of solid project plans with top-down and bottom-up budgets to support clients interests.
Supporting project delivery in effectively executing project plans throughout the life of assigned project(s) according to established procedures, channels, and success expectations.
Managing and maintaining project scopes and communicating status to team.
Coordinating project deliverables and guiding the team on potential risks.
Assisting in defining, negotiating, communicating, implementing, and monitoring quality standards on all project deliverables.
Supporting development of status reports and working with project leaders to ensure all resources.
Contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment that leads to award-winning work.
Assisting in forecasting, tracking, and management of project budgets and revenue, POs, and invoices.
You have :
0-2 years-experience managing a variety of digital project types; performance marketing, site builds, e-commerce, marketing campaigns, micro-sites, maintenance, or a passion for all things digital.
Experience with office productivity tools such as Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio, and PowerPoint.
Experience with collaboration and issue tracking tools such as Box, Jira, and Confluence.
Strong interest in managing and controlling project scope, schedule, budget and resource management / reporting and change management, project roadmap development and revenue forecasting.
Aptitude for learning Project Management principles, methods, and techniques including presentation, leadership, facilitation, and negotiation skill.
Strong interest in leading conversations with clients around scope, schedule, budget, roadmaps, and objectives.
Ability to tactically organize and structure activities, paying particular attention to detail.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and responsiveness capability.
