What is the job about?

As the VP of Engineering, reporting into the Enghouse Networks CTO, you will oversee the software engineering teams and work with product management, sales, marketing and other executives to deliver on the roadmaps and bring solutions to delivery.

You will own product development, improve processes, tools and best practices. You will prioritize, mentor and lead. The ideal candidate has experience with managing multiple product teams, technical transformational projects, enterprise software is a problem solver and a good team player.
