Everclean is a large successful facility services company, and we are currently hiring a part-time Night Cleaner in Coquitlam, BC .

Hourly wage $17.08 + $0.5 night premium for every hour worked between 11pm and 7am; Base rate after 6 months of service will be $17.33

Shift details : Sundays 9.30pm-5.30am, Mondays 11.00pm-5.30am and Fridays 11.00pm-5.30am; Additional shifts may be available

Job Skills / Requirements

The night shift cleaner is generally responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of facilities, washrooms, building common areas and exterior areas and responding to nightly cleaning requirements and following up on service requests from the day based on end user traffic patterns through the building space.

Duties : Daily

Daily

Autoscrub floors of building hallways, common areas and back of house areas

Dustmop in front of stores and along baseboards

Vacuuming interior carpets in common and front of house areas

Clean and scrub stairs, stairwells and vestibules

Clean soft seating in common areas

Empty all garbage and recycling in all interior mall areas

Report any damage or hazard to the Site Manager

Washrooms

Spray toilets, urinals and change tables with germicidal agent

Disinfect and wipe down counter tops, faucets and soap dispensers

Clean mirrors

Empty garbage and feminine hygiene wax bags, replace bags as required

Disinfect stall handles and lock mechanisms

Wipe Down Stall doors

Food Court

Remove trays from tables and dispose of waste

Wipe down and disinfect table tops

Sweep and scrub under tables and storefronts

Mop and scrub around bases of tables

Weekly

Detail rotational floor scrub in building hallways, common areas and back of house areas

Periodic

Perform carpet extraction and shampoo carpets in all common areas and entranceways

All entrance mats (seasonal) shall be lifted monthly, the floor underneath swept and mopped

and then properly repositioned. Remove any stains or gum

Other duties assigned by the Site Supervisor and / or Site Manager
