As a member of our Account Management Team, the primary role of the Solutions Specialist will be to qualify leads and guide them through the sales process to generate new, recurring buyers.
Your will work alongside the sales manager, learning through a combination of training and shadowing day-to-day activities of other Solutions Specialists.

General telecom knowledge
Good understanding of VoIP / SIP foundation
Familiarity with call routing basics
Good knowledge of computer networks and firewall configuration
General understanding of network devices security
Packet capturing skills (Tracing / SIP Ladder)
Exposure to device provisioning
Virtual machine management skills
Good understanding of Linux fundamentals and commands
Develop and maintain documentation and procedures skills
Basic programming experience with common scripting languages
G-suite and Microsoft office user and admin experience
Past experience in an outside sales role developing new business
Excellent prospecting skills
Experience in a Business-to-Business sales environment
Fluent in English and French
