The position is responsible for ensuring the time delivery of all documentation required for franchisee transactions to relevant franchisee parties.
This requires working closely with assigned franchisees, buyers and sellers on a transactional basis through checking admissibility of documents with the company legal team and troubleshooting process breakdowns with GBS and finance.
Includes coordination and execution of franchisee discovery days and other orientation related activities. Streamlines and improves processes as they find patterns in problems.
Allocates work as a team leader; may check on completion / quality.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Knowledge of franchise agreements, requirements and franchisee processes
Skilled in negotiation process and transactions; skilled in using analytical software
ability to set strategy; ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to the audience, whether orally or in writing
1 to 2 years previous experience; specific experience in Franchise Operations preferred
