Job Description

Our client in the Higher Education space is seeking a highly skilled PeopleSoft Data Administrator / Architect to assess their organization’s legacy PeopleSoft application solution, then make recommendations and create a roadmap for the move forward.

The core systems are the Student Information System (SIS), Finance, Human Resources (HR), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) with numerous related smaller systems.

The key for this role is extensive experience supporting PeopleSoft and experience in the higher education space specifically supporting PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (SIS).

Our client is currently running PeopleSoft 9.0 and is currently preparing to upgrade or change this ERP solution. The selected consultant should bring significant industry knowledge of relevant ERP solutions, PeopleSoft and the higher education industry.

The successful candidate will possess the following :

  • Extensive hands on experience with Oracle PeopleSoft (9.0 and up) and other ERP systems
  • Hands-on experience supporting PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and Student Information Systems in previous higher education institutions
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to assess existing environment for large enterprise clients
  • Strong aptitude to translate technical requirements and solutions for high level stakeholders and provide comprehensive assessments and recommendations as required
  • Ability to hit the ground running
  • Demonstrated experience creating technology roadmaps
  • Responsible for Inventory, Discovery, Assessment, Testing and Roadmap definition
  • Experience recommending possible solutions based on the existing systems and modules as well as the available technologies and business processes
