Job Title : Accounts Payable Clerk

Location : Newmarket, ON

Length of Assignment : Temporary

Salary : $16-18 / Hr.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Process approximately 100 invoices per week
  • Reconcile vendor statements
  • Preforms payment runs
  • Reconcile company credit card statements
  • Responds to vendor inquires via phone and email
  • Some administrative duties required including filing of accounts payable documentation
  • Assist the Director of Finance in cash flow operations
  • Qualifications :

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 2+ years of accounts payable experience
  • Advanced excel skills (v-look ups & pivot tables)
  • Previous experience working with Great Plains is an asset
