Learning Coach - Installation The Learning Coach is responsible for training and coaching the Branch Installer Coaches and continuous improvement processes for installations for his region.
Support the Installer Coaches and Branch Managers with learning and coaching activities for Installers. Act as Subject Matter Expert and maintain their level of knowledge at the highest standard with the Installation processes and participate in the Community of practice for Installation. Tasks and Responsabilities
Maintain their expertise in the installation processes by participating in projects and activities that impact the learning for new installers potentially involving authoring and creating content;
Master all installation business to support the network i.e. KPIs;
Produce and maintain best practices and procedures and ensure dissimilation of all new knowledge pertaining to installation.
Participate in the design and maintenance of the Learning Program for the Installer Coaches, the new installers and continuous improvement activities;
Ensure the implementation of new learning activities for all Installer Coaches on a regular basis
Ensure Installer Coaches are using proven instructional techniques with new installers to maximize their learning
Support the Retail Managers to evaluate and define the Installer Coaches performance gap and make recommendations for skills development
Develop and maintain a solid coaching relationship with Installer Coaches within their region;
Work in collaboration with the Retail Branch Managers and the Installer Coaches to develop a learning and coaching culture;
Support the Managers in the development of the Installer Coaches Development Plan for their continuous improvement and participation with the community of practice.
Coach Installer Coaches to help their acquisition of skills in training and coaching on a continuous basis
Responsible for the certification of Installer Coaches.
Self-confident and respectful.
Five or more years of experience in product knowledge and continuously demonstrated a clear understanding of installation processes.
Excellent interpersonal and training skills with strong attention to listening, observation, demonstration, questioning.
Ability to coach others to develop and continuously improve performance in the workplace.
Recognized by peers as a person that enjoys sharing their know-how with capacity, credibility, and commitment.
Ability to work independently to meet learning path requirements with minimal supervision.
Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a constantly changing environment.
Strong aptitude for learning new processes and training and coaching others to learn these processes.
Demonstrated ability and desire to perform under high pressure in a rapid growth retail company environment.
Positive Influence with Managers and Installer Coaches on the application of best practices.
