Overview of the opportunity :
KPMG u0027s Integrations & Separation Services team, part of Deal Advisory, helps companies deliver value from mergers and acquisitions.
We specialize in post-merger integration and pre-deal separation activities. We work with management to assess the impacts of the transaction and develop detailed implementation plans to help ensure the strategic rationale of the acquisition or divestment is delivered.
We work with a wide range of clients, including publicly, privately and private-equity held companies across a variety of industries.
What you will do :
As Senior. Consultant Integrations & Separation Services located in our Toronto office. You will :
specific advice on key separation and integration challengesProvide input on legal documents and client plansIdentifying and quantifying the operational impact from merging and carving-out businesses.
At times, business needs arise and employees are required and agree to work beyond their normal work day or work week to fulfill the accountabilities required for their job.
