Zappos Digital Customer Experience Team is looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to collaborate with business and technology teams across Amazon and Zappos to plan, execute, and finalize all aspects of a given project.
In this role you will scope and deliver large complex projects end-to-end in an ever-changing environment.
Considering the nature of what we do, our TPMs are heavy on the T (technical). Technical Program Managers at Zappos collect business systems requirements from internal and external customers, writing specifications, driving project schedules from design to release, and managing the production launch.
You will be make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market, clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-
functional and remote project teams. You are passionate about the technical components that comprise a solution and how they interact with one another.
You are able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done.
