Primary Objectives :
Respond to incoming calls and on-site guests with courtesy and professionalism
Ensure that visitors are given prompt and courteous attention upon their arrival
Maintain the visitor's log and announce guests as appropriate
Manage incoming and outgoing mail / packages
Assist with organizing logistics for events and meetings
Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as required
Assist with administrative support across the organization
Perform administrative tasks for the President & COO
Execute other duties as required (ordering of supplies, delivery of mail, etc.)
Work hours : 8 : 30-5 : 00pm
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Superior people skills and team-player mentality;
Exhibit professionalism with a pleasant demeanor;
2-5 years' experience in an administrative role;
Excellent mastery of written and spoken English (French an asset);
Strong knowledge of MS Office;
Ability to multi-task and prioritize demands based on business needs;
Excellent organization and planning skills;
