Job Description : As the resident digital guru, you will lead a team to surprise and delight consumers with your innovative digital retail experiences and offerings.

As one of the key pillars in the organization’s 5 year plan, the DTC effort represents an opportunity to step change the way Canadians experience and purchase wine online.

You will be responsible for reimagining the organization’s existing offerings, leveraging all the possibilities afforded by the changing regulatory landscape.

You will harness the power of our IT, tech, and agency partners to imagine then continuously assess and improve our digital footprint to ensure best-in-class customer engagement, attraction & retention.

Key Responsibilities Set the Plan and define Success : Define / Confirm the DTC strategic plan and technology roadmap to develop the subscription / eComm Plan Reimagine the existing Great Estates platform.

Establish new program. Conceive and launch a least one new National DTC brand or platform next 12 months Define and establish partnerships with key communities, individuals, and organizations to amplify the possibilities of online and subscription programming Ongoing CRM Assessment and Deployment : Work within the CRM and CMS software to develop communication strategy, plan, & content Reimagine current wine club / subscription services consumer journey (incl push communications (email, social, etc)) to drive conversion & retention Establish & manage available analytics to track and refine program effectiveness Collaborate with IT / Tech / Creative partners to continuously optimize the UX : Fulfillment management : Reimagine an idealized fulfillment program and work to deploy (Phased) People Management : Hire, coach, and develop a team of direct reports.
