We are looking for people who are keen to try something new :

  • This position is responsible : for performing quality checks (QC) on instruments and parts returning from the field whether from demo loan or customer return for credit;
  • replenishing accessories in MED inventory returned from the field; preparing export documentation for instruments and parts returning to the factory for repair or credit;
  • performing instrument installations and Depot Repairs.

  • Perform quality checks (QC) on instruments and parts returning from the field, from demo loan or customer return for credit;
  • Manage MED inventory returned from the field, customer or CZC inventory;
  • Prepare RMA and export documentation for instruments and parts returning to the factory for repair or credit;
  • Perform instrument installations and repairs as needed.
  • Perform other job related duties and projects as assigned.
  • Keep updated with new products, software releases.
  • You have :

  • Electronics Degree / Certificate
  • General understanding of trouble-shooting electro-mechanical devices; using service / repair manuals
  • Excellent basic computer skills including networking, use of Microsoft products, including Outlook, Excel, and Word;
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate efficiently and effectively (verbal & written) with the team and customers;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on daily business demands;
  • Prior experience in a sales / service administration organization would be beneficial;
  • Training and / or previous work experience with medical devices (ophthalmic instruments) would be ideal
  • Comfortable working in a professional, hands on environment;
  • Proven Customer Service skill
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Along with appropriate training and experience, this position requires an analytical thinker who also possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
