The Canadian Cancer Society (CCS) is seeking a Digital Program Specialist to support internal clients in annual giving, corporate, and peer-to-peer fundraising initiatives.
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the successful individual will be responsible for coordinating website launches for our digital fundraising programs.
The individual will be responsible for the end-to-end process, including : gathering business requirements, building the website within a CMS template, gathering client feedback, and quality assurance.
The individual will play an integral part in optimizing the online user experience for our website visitors and donors. They will work closely with analytics team members to monitor and recommend strategies to increase donor conversions and engagement.
This role will have an emphasis on developing innovative solutions for our virtual fundraising events.
We are looking for someone who takes deep personal accountability for their work, has a passion for excellence, and understands the importance of delivering value and building relationships with clients, supporters, donors, and their team.
