Bilingual Financial Centre Administrator - Pointe Claire, QC H9R 5N3

The role of the Financial Centre (FC) Administrator is pivotal to the smooth and efficient operation of a Financial Centre.

Your focus ranges from providing client service, reporting payments to administrative accountabilities.. As the FC Administrator, you will maintains strong relationships with several business partners, to help create and maintain a positive and energetic work environment.

  • To be successful, you will need to show your creativity, be an innovative thinker, multitask, which cannot be done without your strong organizational and PC skills;
  • to manage Outlook calendars, use Salesforce and connect with other team members via Zoom. For long-term success, you need to be able to work independently, take initiative and prioritize work with a sense of urgency.

    Please note we will be testing Verbal and Written French and English for fluency.

    What will you do?

  • Provide administrative and general office support aligned with all Sun Life policies and procedures, including Facilities management (premises & equipment)
  • Answer telephone and greets clients, coordinate meetings and administration of client inventory
  • Responsible for reporting payments & expense cheque routines and maintain information on targets and results as well as prepare reports
  • Provide basic on-site technical support / organizational acumen to escalate and engage technical partners
  • What do you need to succeed?

  • Ability to interact diplomatically with people you need strong client relationship and interpersonal skills and a client centric mindset, with clear communication abilities
  • Energetic, enthusiastic team player who is willing to contribute and help others
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal direction and frequent interruptions, which will require good problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to learn new PC tools quickly, and High school diploma with 3-6 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Nice to haves : Experience in a similar role, client service roles, or in a retail store or Experience reconciling accounts or financial transactions some ledger or bookkeeping experience or Knowledge of financial planning and services

  • Unique requirements :

    Travel is expected to other Sun Life offices, regional / national training sessions or meetings as required.

    The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors.

    In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance.

    Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
